Administrative department

The administrative department oversees administrative management and accounting. Filling B2B and B2C orders is done in-house to ensure the best possible service to La Riviere Distribution clients. This department also negotiates and manages purchases with local and international suppliers.

Logistics department

Our logistics team processes shipments from our suppliers and delivers the products to our resellers from our own logistics center. The logistics team verifies deliveries and ensures high-quality shipping to our B2B and B2C clients.

We sell your brand in France, Monaco and the French Overseas Departments and Territories thanks to our dedicated sales team and our 1800 points of sale.

Sales department

Our sales team is dedicated to our partner brands and covers all of France, Monaco and French Overseas Departments and Territories. Our sales team works closely with our resellers (pharmacies, beauty institutes, hair salons, perfumery stores, etc.), as well as world-famous French department stores such as Le Printemps, Le Bon Marché and Les Galeries Lafayette). The sales team trains our resellers’ staff and does in store demonstrations at the points of sale. Our sales department allows us to quickly answer customers’ questions, without ever losing sight of our partners’ brand image.

Marketing department

The marketing team puts together an annual marketing plan for all brands in the La Riviere Distribution network. They create training booklets adapted to our reseller’s needs and develop various POS materials to promote brand visibility. It also adapts marketing documents for each brand for the French beauty sector.

Communications department

We collaborate with a PR firm specialised in the beauty sector to boost the notoriety of the brands we distribute. La Riviere Distribution, its resellers and its partner brands benefit from this expertise.
